👉 Let's get to the specifics of the Unity Developer role we have.
If your superpower as a developer is Unity and you are not afraid to use it, then you will feel right at home with us. Building and integrating UI is one of the main priorities for this position. In case your competence includes keyframe, frame-by-frame, and sprite sheet animations, then that would make you our perfect candidate. Using URP and integrating for mobile platforms is also part of the work process, and one of the key languages we use for accomplishing this is C#. Understanding standard concepts in game development, such as raycasting, physics, lighting, object pooling, etc., are things that would be very helpful.
YOUR ROLE
- Developing, integrating, and scripting UI logic in Unity:
Implement UI elements, created by our design team, ensuring smooth and seamless player immersion and interaction. - Developing small-scale games:
End-to-end development of compact yet engaging games. From greyboxing to final asset implementation, you'll meticulously design gameplay mechanics. - URP and project integration for mobile devices:
Demonstrate proficiency in Unity's Universal Render Pipeline (URP) to optimize graphics and performance, tailoring projects for smooth execution on mobile devices. - Creating animations in Unity: frame by frame, sprite sheets:
Employing Unity's animation tools, choreograph movements, transitions, and interactions, breathing vitality into the virtual worlds you help shape. - Developing: raycasting, physics, lighting, object pooling:
Employ advanced Unity features, including raycasting, to ensure fluid gameplay, immersive worlds, and optimal performance. - Process optimization:
Streamline development workflows and enhance efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements. - Pipeline creation:
Develop robust pipelines for integration and deployment. to ensure smooth collaboration between team members, and facilitate seamless updates. - Documentation of completed work:
Well-structured documentation aids future understanding, troubleshooting, and scalability, promoting efficient knowledge transfer among team members and clients. - Uploading to websites and storefronts:
Lead the process of uploading games to websites and digital storefronts, ensuring compliance with platform requirements. - Collaboration with game designers:
Collaborate closely with game designers to translate design concepts into functional gameplay mechanics. - GitHub proficiency:
Maintain organized repositories, manage branches, and facilitate efficient teamwork through pull requests and code reviews.
