YOUR ROLE
- Shape artistic vision and creative direction:
Oversee and shape overall artistic direction, ensuring projects align with objectives, needs and expectations, and exhibit distinctive creative vision. Assist team members in exploring and cultivating a diverse range of artistic styles. - Art production refinement and consistency:
Lead the refinement of art production, employing detailed overpainting to ensure top-tier quality. Additionally, maintain design consistency across screens and interactions, creating a unified user interface. - Provide creative leadership:
Guide the team with strategic design/art decisions, offering creative leadership that aligns with project goals. - Feedback and team development:
Guide team development with constructive feedback, innovative ideas, and skill elevation. Enhance artistic quality and impact through nurturing and guidance. - Adaptive Feedback Approach:
Tailor feedback delivery to artists' strengths and growth areas. Foster development while aligning with evolving project goals, and empowering the creative team. - Communication and project management expertise:
Combine strong design skills with effective communication and team management, fostering collaboration and growth. Manage design projects from ideation to project completion, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. - Client engagement:
Effectively engage with clients to understand preferences and integrate requirements. Deliver results that align with their artistic vision. - Style guide development and application:
